● Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–4 business days to process before shipping.

USA & Canada: 6–14 business days

Oceania: 8–14 business days

Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your E-Lush order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
If you haven’t received it or the tracking link isn’t working – don’t worry. Just contact us and we’ll take care of it.

Unexpected Delays:
