  1. Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your purchase! You may return eligible products within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene and health regulations, personal care items such as sponges, razors, or opened skincare products are non-returnable.

❌ Returns will not be accepted if: Products have been opened or used.

The 14-day return window has passed.

Items were sold as final sale, clearance, or marked non-returnable.

💵 Refund Process: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them if they haven't been shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and are subject to the return policy.
